I am a journalist who has passed and received the NCTJ Diploma in Multimedia Journalism, Allowing me to act upon my desire to explore, experience and inform. 

For years, I have wanted to be a useful source to those seeking impartial and accurate news but also a source that could fill a void for the underserved audiences. I founded this blog with that goal in mind and the hope I am able to give my readers a glimpse into how passionate I am about what I do.

In 2018 I achieved a place on the prestigious BBC Digital Journalism Apprenticeship scheme on which I spent 22 months being trained on placements, doing the NCTJ course with Wolverhampton college and many other training courses provided by the BBC. 

A couple of things that I did that I’m very proud of during my time on the scheme was a TV package and Digital video that I made whilst at The Travel Show that saw over a million views on social media and a podcast for BBC Ouch about wearing masks with a disability.

My passion is mainly for working on online and making video packages for social media and TV but quite honestly I feel blessed to be able to make news in any format I can.
